The Class

This class is a boot camp style class designed to build strength and fitness through a variety of intense group intervals. Class Time: 60 minutes

Sample Class

Group Warmup
Circle wall ball toss and squat
1 minute on and 30 seconds of rest for 5 minutes.
5-inch worm push-ups
10 Arm circles (forward and back)

200-meter row
20 sit-ups
20 slam balls
2 min intermission

10 Push-ups
10 cal row
10 Burpees
2 minute intermission
